Sorry, this is a little OT, but does anyone know what brand of ice cream disney uses? DD has celiac disease and can only eat certain brands of ice cream.

I seem to recall it was Edy's. As I recall, all the flavors that didn't contain obvious gluten were gluten free, and they'll open a new/gluten free tub from the back and scoop it with a clean scoop for you.

The toppings were a bigger issue. For example - some of the fudge topping was gluten free on our last trip, and some was not.

not sure if we were suppose to but we said no fruit and no mint ice cream.
