kitchen equipment for BW

Need help from someone who has stayed at BW. I was told there were paper plates, plastic utensils, cups in the room. Is there a weeks supply? We'll need bowls for cereal each day, maybe paper plates to put sandwiches on.
Are there sharp knives for cutting fruit, etc. or only plastic?
I'm try to figure out if I need to bring anything from home.

Rbaity, for a studio room, there will be a couple paper plates/bowls, but not enough for a week (we had four of each and there were four of us staying in the room for an entire week). However, you can probably ask Housekeeping for more if you run out (we normally don't eat in our room so we didn't run out). As to utensils, they were plastic only. Again, not enough for an entire week (we had a couple packages of them -- they were individually wrapped). I can't remember how many glasses we had -- maybe four?? But they were real "glass" and not plastic. I think there were at least two coffee mugs, too (but I don't drink coffee so I may be wrong about that).
