kissing in a movie theater?

I believe it's like.. 9 for teens here. 5.50 for kids if you're lucky to get passed with that.
13 for adults? Not sure.
but if you're seeing something like Coraline, tickets are more expensive.

we paid 6.50 today (with coupons)

could have kissed... yeah
should have,,, yeah
did we... no

for anyone who works at a theartre: get your manager to place a rule that allows you to embaress them if they choose to do something like this

not knowing what foods you have 'll stick with the standerd but you can add on

fill a popcorn bucket (first item on the bottem) nacho chease, crushed nachos (cover it so you can't see the cheese) a little popcorn with lots of butter, if you sell hot dogs throw in a bunch of mustard and katsup possibly pickles, and bring a cold soda for the both of them (again, try to be creative) and then "let um have it"

post a sign saying that this will happen or else you could get in some pretty big trouble

the unwanted side movies should stop within a week to a month
:rotfl:

im so jealous. here we get $15 tickets. except for cheap tuesday. then its only about $10.

Oh wow. How much are movies when they come out on dvd?

We have bargain Tuesdays here too. It's $5 then.

Is that because it's 3D? We have $2 surcharges for 3D movies.

Yea that's about the same as here. I guess you just have to decide if you would rather wait for it to come out on dvd. There are some movies though that I think are better viewed at the theater (like The Dark Knight).

i usually dont go to the movies. but i have been this year coz my friends and i get bored and say "lets go see a moie" but i usually just wait

DVD's and CD's are generally cheaper here when they first come out.
They're only really reduced after a few years, even if that.

Depends on the movie. If it's a gushy chick flick, then I don't care. But making out in a theater that's playing Lord of the Rings? One question: WHY?

i geuss i dont really care, imean, i watch the movie not couples in front of me...:confused3

i remember me and my ex went to go see POTC 3 and we were holding hands and at the big will and elizabeth kiss when they get "married" he kissed my hand and then we kissed a little. but only for like 5 minutes and we were in the back row so no one could see us unless they actually turned around to look at us...

i don't really have a problem with it, unless it's like a riddiculous gore slasher movie...then it's like "People are getting decapitated right and left here what are you doing?!?"

:confused3

I'd rather look away from the gore than the POTC battle....

rofl, good point.

Hmm, on the subject of prices, my local cinema tickets have increase twice in the past month. They are now £7.20, which is about $10-$12. Don't know if thats a lot for a movie ticket. But for me, going to the movies is a treat, a day out. It is expensive, I mostly go without popcorn..

Went to the new cinema yesterday and the ticket was £5.50 but it goes down to £4.10 off-peak xD

WHAT! Sorry to go off-topic, but is this a chain cinema? Which one was it?
Can you still get a child ticket? You need to be U15 at mine, and they refuse to believe my amazing acting abilities to convince them I am not in fact 16.

I get a teen ticket xD
The chain is Vue.
I can't remember the Cineworld prices but I think a child (U14) is £4.10.
I can pass for a 14yr old xD

I go Vue too and they charge me £7.20!! THE SWINES!

I don't think we have a teen ticket. Goes from Child to Adult, and then maybe Student, but you need to be past compulsory education. Even then you might have to be in Uni.

I hope they introduce teen tickets at my cinema soon :/

I do live in a welsh valley so you know I bet location pays a part in the price
;)
