Kissimmee to WL???

A good friend of mine is taking the train from NYC to Kissimmee to vacation at Wildness Lodge. She thinks an uber would be best but I told her I heard Mears has transportation as well. Anyone have experience and any advice on the best transportation?

Uber would cost about $21 if she only needed X. If she needs XL, it would cost approximately $32 -- according to RideGuru. She can check on her Uber rider app for the most accurate fare estimate.

Ride Guru only shows a generic taxi fare of about $49, but she might check Mears' website to be sure.

According to their website Mears does not offer shared-ride service from the Kissimmee Amtrak station. Shared-ride is their cheapest option.

The only advanced-reservation option they show is Luxury SUV or Sedan service for $79. If you book online and use code "WEB10", the price drops to $71.10.

Note: Neither of the two area Amtrak stations appear on any of the pre-populated lists. You have to manually enter the address (111 East Dakin Ave, Kissimmee, FL 34741) to get the price.
