So basically, if the time feels right, there's a strong bond between the two, and you truly want to, not just feel forced to, then go for it. look.......there are a whole lot of different circumstances in life...in some cases, like if you really weren't all that into the guy/ girl you were on the date with, then, no...don't kiss the poor thing...

BUT... what if you both really really liked eachother and kept it quiet for some time...and you just...CARE, OK?

Why not? If I've kissed people even though we've never been on a date or would never go on one. A kiss if just a kiss but as far as dating goes they can be extremely tell-tale.
