Princess Fairytale Hall is Fp+ or Standby only. The best thing to do is keep trying for Fp+ for one member of your party and then attempt to copy to the rest of your party.

There is no more legacy (paper) FastPass. The in-park kiosks are for making FP+ selections.

Any in-park FP+ kiosk can be used to make FP+ selections for that park. A list, though it may be somewhat outdated, of these kiosk locations is included in the green link in my signature.
