Kiosk ticket-cancel?

I purchased the buy 1 adult get 1 child free tickets to pick up at the kiosk. Can I cancel them and but the tickets for $85.00.

You have already been charged for them whether you pick them up or not. Your only option is to call the online store and see if they can change your order for you.
