anybody here play Kingdom Hearts? cool game. if u have. write your fav world in the game.

mine is Halloween Town cuz The Nightmare Before Christmas is one of the best Disney movies.

I've played, but not all the way through. I'm actually on Halloweentown right now. I think my favorite "world" up to this point would probably be Deep Jungle (Tarzan). I think they did an incredible job at bringing the different Disney worlds and characters to life. I'm also a big fan of Wonderland and Atlantica...actually, they are all very cool!

That was the game that made me buy PS2.:p I can't decide between Halloweentown and Neverland for my fave. I can't wait until the sequel comes out!

Guess what??????

Squaresoft is working on the sequel as we speak! It looks to be SWEEEEETTTT!!!! I beat kingdom hearts, and I'm waiting anxiously for the 2nd one now! They project it as coming out early 2004, so keep an eye out for pics & the like!

Their favorite is End World? I don't know if that is what it is really called, but it is the last one.

For a 6 year old my DS is MUCH more proficient than I am at this, so I try not to play too much, better for my self-esteem!

Jennifer

PS JoNo, are those Tlingt symbols in your signature?

I just bought this game for DD as a graduation gift. I will give it to her next week on graduation day. It looks really good though!

I just beat Neverland today. I'm on my first time through on Expert Mode, it is tough! I beat the game and most of the sidequests on normal and thought it was kind of easy. I had no idea Expert would be this hard!

Whoops! The above post is me logged in my mom's screen name. Before I realized it I logged out and now I can't delete it!:p

I'm also on my way through the 2nd time on expert mode. I thought Beast's Castle was the best, though it was pretty confusing at times getting around.

Expert mode is definitely tough, but I hung out a lot on Destiny Island at first and powered up a lot before really starting the game.

Anyone beat all four optional bosses? I managed to beat three, but that Kurt guy totally blew me away. Maybe I'll try it again when I'm nearly done with expert.

Can't wait for KH2!

no, sadly they're not... I was actually looking into how much they DID look like Tlingit symbols though...

wooo, HUGE edit....

I thought you were talking about the font :p Yes, those are Tlingit. It's from Epcot!

I know this is a slight departure from the topic of the thread, but I was wondering if anyone knew when Kingdom Hearts would be available in a Greatest Hits version. I know they have to be out for at least 9 months and have sold (I think) 400,000 copies, but I believe it has met both requirements (or will very soon). Anybody know or know how to find out?

I have purposefully not rented this game because I wanted to buy it, but of course I'd prefer to pay $20 instead of $50. Even on eBay their selling for over $30.

Thanks for any info!!

I'm have been playing Kingdom Hearts and am stuck in Deep Jungle. I'm at the vines, and don't know where to go! I just keep swinging but don't know what I'm supposed to do here. How did you get past it? Thanks for any help.

i love that game so much. i have beat it like 5 times. of course one of the times was because i accidentally erased one of my quests so i had to replay it. but it was worth it. i would say that my favorite level is the end of the world. it was just awesome. i can't wait until the sequel.

There is more than one set of vines, and there is more than one place to go up or down. It's difficult to tell you which way to go next, because you could be coming up from below or down from above. There are some websites, though, where you can post specific requests for help. I haven't used any in a looooong time, so unfortunately I don't have a URL to share right now.

There is help out there, but in the meantime I say keep exploring the entire area, and look for places you can drop down from, or green vines on the sides of trees that you can climb like ladders.

I hope that helps, at least a little!

Jon

I'm in the area with the hippos, been there a while. I know there's a set of vines before the hippos, and then there's a set at the end of the hippos, but I'm not sure which set to go to, I've been to both, the second set seems like it's the right one though, with there being more vines here. Thank you for the help!
