Bought the Xbox 360 a few Xmas's ago..then got PS3 and the Xbox was forgotten and disconnected. Bought a used Kinect and recently the Disneyland game. Is there anything special or recomended to hook up the Kinect/Xbox? We also have PS3, Wii, and PS2 still hooked up to the same TV and don't want to disconnect any of them. Also have the dvd player & cable attached. Is there anything I need so they can all stay connected at the same time? The Kinect should work with the old Xbox 360, correct? :confused3

No it has to be one of the new that can connect kinect.

Um... where did you hear that? The Kinect works just find with the older systems, all the way back to launch. You just need to use the cord included that has a connection for a USB AND a connection for power. The newer Xbox system can use a single AUX cord instead.

Edit: I went upstairs and verified with the brand new Kinect system that is still in the box. It comes with both cable types so that it CAN connect to both new and older systems. This is my Christmas present from my mom (I already knew about it) so was purchased less then a month ago.

OP, you can use your XBOX...go to youtube and search "how to set up your xbox kinect on original xbox and xbox 360, hsould help you out. YOu may need an adapter if you have the elite..but you will be fine.
