Now we have looked in to so many opportunity's
1 dvc-pay down payment an stuff for rebuying (could of worked)
2 just the normal high package we had set
3 tickets an just the few character meals (cb-princess, cb-storyteller )

It looks like we have to save some money to pay off other bills an usely they wouldnt be needed but this ecconmey hurt family an they need paid back)

We have to redo everything the only thing the same is hojo but if F isnt (an it might not be) played that weekend then we may just do a quick 3 day 4night trip)

Sorry to hear you will have to cut back your trip. We work so hard to plan everything, then ...kaplooey. On a positive note, 4 nights is much better than no night, hope you have fun!

4 nights but only 3 days??? I could get 5 days out of a 4 night stay.

Jade just in case you didn't know, DVC requires a 10+% (we did 10, others are saying that they can require more of a percentage depending on different factors) downpayment, which might be about the same as your package anyway. Now if you have been thinking about DVC for a long time and this is just the time you want to do it, that's one thing, but if the timing was mainly a way to get to DLR quickly without much immediate payment, that down payment takes that away.

Don't think I'm saying you shouldn't do it...if you've really solidly looked into it and understand it fully, it's something to look forward to buying! I'm just going by the recent interest and the question on the DVC board, and I was worried you were jumping in really fast.

You know me, I don't need to have lots of expensive meals at DLR...one usually does us, so I support the "just the few character meals" idea.

If HoJo is available now at a rate that is good for you, book it...you can always cancel it later if you can't go.

I agree with all that Molly said up there. She's a smart cookie, pay attention.

Jade, I hope you guys get to go, don't worry about downsizing so much. Remember things like character meals will be there later but it's not worth stressing to make it happen this time. Some things can be put on a back burner as far as DL goes.

yes i knew about the 10% down an then all the closing costs. an there was a chance we couldnt get it in time.
I'm fine down sizing now i just didn't want to. tho if we have to even if (we didn't get to go) ahhhhh
