Yes, when we were at the World a few months ago, I don't recall specifics, but I think we encountered a few snarley CM's. No biggie.
I have to say, we were on Main Street one day for the Parade. A family from, I'm guessing Western Europe, just came and stood on the street right front of where we were sitting on the curb. A CM went up to them and nicely asked them to stand on the curb/sidewalk for the parade, as you know they are real strict about staying off the street during the parades, they did not understand at first but she finally got them to get off the street as the parade was starting. During the parade, the father went out in the street to get a character to come have a pic with his family, not once, not twice, but three times. She was polite at each instance but finally had to get firm with the gentleman. She kept smiling through the whole ordeal. I think she was just dealing with a language barrier in that instance, not real disobediance, but can you imagine how many people the CM's encounter in a day, and what percentage of the general public is not so easy to deal with. We have all seen people not follow some of the "rules" of DW.
My point is, everyone has a bad day, even Disney CM's. But like I said, we had excellent service 99.5% of the time while we were there and I like that percentage. I think it is unrealistic to expect perfection, even at the happiest place on earth.
