Kim's journal (comments welcome) - Out with the junk food!

So today was a bust. I am actually proud because I had a good breakfast and as decent a lunch as I could given my options. When it came to dinner the stress of the day got the best of me.

I have eaten my junk and I am back on track now.

Breakfast - Deviled Eggs
Lunch - Sub sandwich
Dinner - Taco with Cookies for dessert and and Pepsi (play dramatic music).

So out of 3 days I have 2 good and 1 bad. 67% isn't going to cut it.

Tomorrow I will plan better.
