id like to know about song selection, process, all that stuff, how is the sushi?
drinks?

Can't offer advice on song selection.
The sushi is excellent and the drinks are very good.
They often have some pretty decent singers. I heard that, at least a couple of years ago, that certain nights many cm's go and are quite talented.

Sushi is great, cocktails are pretty good too!

At about 10 pm or so the host/hostess starts up the machine and the waitresses put out big fat books on the table with all the songs in them.

I can't remember the exact way it went but I think all the songs have numbers and there were cards with the book. You picked out your song and wrote the number on it. I think you then went up and handed it to the host/hostess on stage, but it could have been that the waitress collected it, not sure on that one. Also the evening we went it wasn't busy, so it may be different other nights.

I was really surprised how good the people were.
