Hi, My DS (15) LOVES sushi. So I have promised to take him over to the Swan a couple of times to indulge.:) We are staying at the BCV. Does anyone know the hours that Kimonos is OPEN?? I have seen the menu at ALLEARS and it says DINNER and looks VERY tasty! Thanks, Joan

Hi,

They open at 4 every day...not sure what time they close though. Disney Dining would be able to tell you for sure.

(IMO they have the best sushi at WDW)

Enjoy your trip!

check out swandolphin.com, that should have the info you need.

We have friends who go there on a regular basis, they say it is very good.

They have Karoake sometimes in the evenings, so I don't think they close to early.

When I called 4 d ago, they said they opened at 530p.
Having little ones, I didn't get the closing time b/c it wasn't germane.
Reservations only for party of 6+.

The Swan # is 704.934.4000.
I had the most success calling directly for info. Disney Dining didn't know any details.

Thank You everyone for your QUICK replies!!:goodvibes I cannot wait to try it! We leave in about 25 hours!! :dance3: Joan

I think you'll really like it. The servers are great and helpful. Opens 5:30Kareoke starts around 9:30 each night (can be loud but fun and there's still sushi flowing!) I don't think they stop serving sushi unitl midnight at least. Be sure to try the asparugus roll (tempured asparugus with cream cheese) it is awesome! Have a great trip.

Best sushi on site, IMHO.

We got there at 5:30 one night last January and had to wait around till 6 before they opened. They tend to not be crowded. Not sure if they were not expecting people to be there at opening or what.

Kimonos was the first place that I ever tried sushi...I fell in love with it, and now can't go more than a month or so without...awesome spot!

DH and DS also love Sushi - is this place recommended over the place at DTD? Sorry don't know the name cause I didn't go just know they had some down there.

Thanks

Hi, Wolfgang Puck in DTD has Sushi. Is that the place that you are thinking of?? Joan

Wolfgang Puck rolls are extremely overpriced - mid-teens for a CA roll??? Kimono is much better for the $, and CA Grill sushi is also very fresh - I would recommend both of these!
