Disney Executive Confirms Re-theming For Interactive Adventure

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- If you haven't made your way through the Kim Possible World Showcase Adventure at Epcot, you might want to put that on your to-do list.
According to a Disney executive, the interactive scavenger hunt will soon be re-themed around Disney Channel characters Phineas and Ferb.
As theme park blog Inside the Magic pointed out, the change was briefly mentioned by Tom Staggs, the chairman of Disney's Parks and Resorts, in an interview with Travel Weekly.
When asked if Disney's theme parks would soon see more Disney Channel influence, Staggs mentioned the Kim Possible change.

"We have an interactive experience based around Kim Possible in Epcot and will be converting it to one developed around Phineas and Ferb," Staggs said.
In the Kim Possible Adventure, families borrow "Kimmunicators" at Team Possible recruitment centers throughout Epcot and use them to follow clues throughout the country pavilions in World Showcase.
The new adventure will be called Disney Phineas & Ferb: Agent P’s World Showcase Adventure. Disney says it will debut this summer...

Me too! Last year my DD did KP in 3 different countries. Even though she's 12 she still enjoyed it. That being said P&F is one of the few cartoons she watches. And she loves Perry. I'm sure she'll enjoy doing the new one along with the Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom.

I think my 8 year old will love this. He thought Kim Possible was too "girly"
