Kim Possible - adults only??

This isn't my thread, but thanks for all the info! We saw someone participating in this at the Japan pavilion in October. I thought it looked neat, but my teenage DS's would not be caught dead doing it! I will be there in February on a tight budget, so it's good to hear it's free. The only thing is I will be in the parks solo. Would it be weird to participate without someone with you?

Only if you think it's weird.

I seem to only pay attention to the people in my party... :)

Our next trip (DW and me) is a 'relax' trip. KP is on our must do list, as it will allow us to slow down and spell the roses!!

Let me help you...

You start with an R - then an O - then a S, a E, and another S, and there you have it ROSES.

KP is definitely worth for adults. Technology is interesting and missions provide opportunities to explore the World Showcase in an all new way.

During my last trip, I had to ask a secret password to a cast member. I'm not going to tell which country it is, but the Kimmunicator ordered me to say a specific sentence, to a specific cast member. That password was required to continue the mission, so I had no choice to ask the cast member about. He really played the game and was really serious. At first, I was a bit intimidated to ask it (I mean, I'm 32 and I suppose I should not play with this sort of thing!) but it was really funny!

OOhh! I wanna do that mission! lol...

My mom and I did it last year, in December, actually, the day after Christmas. We were in a sorta chill mode, and we did a mission or two. I've been to Disney dozens of times, and never been to some of the places it showed me, or noticed what it showed me.. now, granted, some of it was added for the missions, but it was fun!

My favorite parts of the missions were when you activated things that would DO SOMETHING.. just out of the blue. Sometimes it was water or smoke or a talking something or another... a lot of times we stood around and activated them from a bit more of a distance when unsuspecting guests were around.. usually it added some magic to their day. We had fun with it.

I'm 30+, and mom's my mom.. ha! We're going back for Christmas this year, it's not in the plans, yet, but we'll see how much time we've got, cause I definitely want to do it again!

Ok, I'm confused as to how KP works.

From the WDW website, it seemed as if you could only do one mission at a time and would have to turn in your Kimmunicator after each mission.

What do you do if you want to do all the missions?

We did this last May with our grandchildren and a few other family members. We had a great time and are looking forward to doing it with our two grandsons this coming May :goodvibes

Not sure there's enough time in the day for that! Each country has more than 1 mission.

Anyway, after you finish, it gives you the option to turn in your kimmunicator or pick a new country.

Is this true? I thought there was only 1 mission per country??

Excellent, thank you!

when the program was in beta and first started, it was always one kimmunicator, one mission.

that changed shortly after it was launched. now, you *MAY* be offered the opportunity to participate in an additional mission after completing the one you're on. it all depends on how busy the system is.

seek out the definitive guide to the kim possible world showcase adventure. it tells you *everything* there is to know, spoiler-free.

How about teenagers? I BF is going in Feb with her teenagers 15 and 13 will they like it or will they think it's lame?:confused3

DD15 loved it, and DH41 loved helping her. The only problem we had is that it slowed us WAY down. But they loved it.
