Has anyone noticed any Kim Possible merchandise lately in the parks? Maybe in EPCOT because of the new mission or in DHS?

You are absolutely correct! EPCOT is home to a lot of Kim Possible (KP) merchandise. And Yes, it is because of the new attraction. You can also find some KP merchandise in the Emporium at the Magic Kingdom (not too much though).
