We arrive a week from today! (12/21) We hope to be at DHS by 3 PM (only 3 hour drive this day so probably at CSR by noon). We have FP for late afternoon and evening. No ADR's. Originally we were going to enjoy our 3 FP rides and then the lights before heading back to CSR. Hours have been extended to 11 PM with the addition of the Star Wars themed fireworks. We hope to get a late FP for Fantasmic or see it stand by but won't be overly disappointed if we can't. There are two shows that evening. I anticipate HUGE crowds late that evening for the lights and fireworks. (We've been before over these dates)

I'm guessing after a couple of long days driving, we are going to be exhausted but we will want to stay for the fireworks (two teen sons and DH love Star Wars). What would be some ways to kill time late in the evening but also give all of us a little "rest" too and break from the crowds? I thought maybe walking over to BC / YC and see the decorations and just chill in the lobby. Obviously shows like Muppets and Beauty and the Beast will give us a chance to sit down. With the volume of people, is there any place to just sit and enjoy the lights?

Club Disney is a great place to hang out. You have seats, A/C, charging stations and can see characters dancing with kids and adults alike, The music is not played too loudly that you can't talk and carry a conversation
