Okay I need to whine about this. Last month my daughter got an email saying she had won a 40 dollar gift card from Kids Eyes. I let her know, then I followed the directions to email them, then print off the paper they sent and fax it in. Then I emailed again just to let them know it was faxed and asking for a confirmation. I never got a response. Then we got their monthly email and my daughter is not listed as a winner. We had to get the paper to them by a certain date, and I made sure to get in in before that date. I have no idea whats going on. I emailed them again today about it, but I doubt they'll fix this. Now my DD thinks she has 40 bucks to spend, and I do not have the money right now to just hand my eight year old that much money. I am so mad at them, and I'm mad at myself for telling her about the prize before I had it in my hand to give it to her.

Oh no! Hopefully they just missed putting her name in the email and will still come through with the money. I don't know anything about their ownership or I would try to help. With any luck, they just didn't get to your email because it was a Friday and they will get back to you Monday on it. (If they are smart, they will find this thread and fix it it for you because they won't want something negative like this posted on the Internet about them. LOL!)

I want this to work out because I love the program. My kids earned money for Disney last year, and right now they have enough to get another check. They want to save again for the next trip. I thought it was odd they never got back to me the first time I wrote. I'll post if anything changes.

Yeah! THey got back to me. I still don't know why her name wasn't on th winners' list, but she got her card. Now the hard part... trying to keep her from wasting it on a a bedazzler or something equally as idiotic.
