Mind you, I just figured this thing out myself a couple of weeks ago....

Normally Woot only does one deal a day. A couple of times per month, they will do a woot-off. They put new items up as soon as the previous one sells out instead of waiting the rest of the 24 hours. It's really neat and they usually have a lot of great deals.
