When my kids take over my contracts will they still be the same for perks?
I have 3 contracts 1 direct and 2 resale from 2002/2003.

OR will they be considered all resale with new owners and get no perks?

Just add them to the deed and keep the benefits.

We asked regarding gifting my younger sister the deeds. We were told the perks would remain.

The perks will remain as long as you keep it in the family. If you sell in an arms length transaction for market price your buyers would lose the perks.

Yes for family if you gift or will it, no if you sell it to them is my understanding.
