I absolutely hate paying for food my kids don't eat, especially at WDW prices. Do the kids meals at table restaurants lean towards small or large? If they are on the large end then it would make more sense for my kids to share one.

most I would say are single serving size. Not jumbo serving of pasta or large anything. It is truly a serving for one.

Most of the kids meals are pretty small. They seemed geared towards a preschooler in size. Like for chicken nuggets a serving is 4. We found that the breakfasts were the only ones shareable--2 mini mickey waffles and 2 pieces of bacon. My kids can often share kids meals but definitely not at WDW.

posters above on kids' meal sizes. My wife eats frequently but smaller amounts. (works great for her) She often orders an adult meal and shares with kids. If you have young kids, picky eaters or find yourself doing snacks near a meal time, this might work.
