It's okay - the mail here can be very slow -- I would swear it is still delivered by ponies sometimes. It will get here... we aren't worried.

Guess what came in the mail today.
Yup, yup it was Shayla's exchange.

Ilse, you did such a great job picking out things for Shayla. Here is what Shayla recieved-

*The Flinstones Christmas VHS-Since Shayla is sick, this would be a great video to get her more into the Christmas mood and have her hopefully take a nap.
*Princess Crayons-You can never have enough crayons with little ones.
*Care Bears Card Game Set-4 Games-Shayla is now playing Care Bear Memory.
*Frosted Flakes Cereal and Milk Bar

Yep, when we lived in Aberdeen, my GPA mailed a package from Oregon for my Bday one year. He mailed it Oct 15th for a Nov 3rd bday. It arrived Dec 2nd. It wasn't just pony, it was a lame pony.

I sent a box from Aberdeen to my Uncles ranch. It was a 2 hour drive. That took 10 days

I was so hoping it would be there today. My kids look foward to hearing about someone receiving the packages they sent as much as when they get their's in the mail. I hope it arrives on Monday

She is dancing around the living room she is so excited!! She was so excited and talking non-stop as she opened the box.

"Mom -- look at was in my box -- look at this game, I was going to ask you to buy this for me for Christmas and MOM!! - LOOK!!! Remember this craft - we bought one of these for Teri for her birthday and I wanted one too - but you wouldn't get me one? And look at these totally awesome glasses - they are so funny"

The box had in it

a pair of HUGE heart shaped sunglasses

a Weaving Loom to make your own potholders

and a Pretty, Pretty Princess Game

Tori wanted me to write "Thank you for all of these wonderful things, I really love them a lot and I will take really good care of them. Thank you very much."
