Kids play and dine free troubles.

I have tried from the beginning of the promotion to get in on the kids dine and play for free at the values. From the start, I was told no values were available. I have two room only ressies and just wish I could convert those to the disney visa promotion. What am I doing wrong? Does anybody have any tips on how to get this offer?

You aren't doing anything wrong. If the rooms aren't available for the promotion, there's nothing you can do except keep trying.

There are only a limited number of rooms at each resort designated for the promotion. You will have to just keep trying and be flexible if possible with your dates or resort choice.

I booked on Saturday with this promo at All Star Movies...2 adults, 2 kids.
It requires a 4 night stay, 5 day ticket purchase...maybe that is the hold up? I'd keep trying...
