Kids Nite Out - Opinions

Just wanted to see if anyone had used them before and what they thought of them. I booked them to watch our twin infants who will be 10 months old at the time. We're staying at Wilderness Lodge and I'm taking my wife to Artist Point, so we'll be right in the hotel. Even so, we're still a bit nervous about leaving the babies with strangers.

Any reports on them?

On our last trip we use kids night out as did some friends of ours. We loved the service. My kids are 8,9,11 and they really liked the girl that babysat them. She took them to the foodcourt for dinner and to the gift shop, they also went to the arcade.
My friend that used the service for childcare for her 7 month old. She has a great experience as well.
They are very professional, I wish there was a company like this in my area.
