My DD just turned 11 which places her on the adult menu however she doesn't have a very big appetite and often prefers the food choices on the kids menu. Do we have to order off the adult menu for her at Universal or can we still purchase her meal off the kids menu? Has anyone had any experience with this?

I don't think anyone will give you a hard time if you order off the child's menu.

They aren't going to ask for ID. Go ahead and order.

I was going to ask about this also, my dd 12 can be very picky and has a small appetite. I think kids meals will suit her best but if she chooses from the adult menu will restaurants in general be good for changing things a bit? No sauces, plain food etc?

At any sit down restaurant, you can ask for whatever changes you want.

Had a picky kid till he was like 14-15 and always ordered off the kids menu. NOT a problem! :thumbsup2 Sometimes he ordered 2. They are extremely accommodating.
