Kids menu enforcement

our son will be 13 when we hopefully make it DLP in November. Will he be able to order from the kids menu?

I ordered from the kids menu last time we were there because I didn't like the adults menu and all they do is bring a larger portion and charge the adult price

He can order the kids meal from counter service as no one will know
Buffets he will be charged the adult price
Table service is up to the individual restaurant but as said above by another poster they may give a larger portion of a children's meal and charge a higher price
