kids meal prices for Boardwalk reception?

Oh if you are doing buffet I **believe** they do give you some reduced price for the children. I think there are people who still opt to do the kids meals however, because I believe it will still be cheaper. My wedding is June 2007 so I think that considereing yours is less than 2 months after me we probably will be under the same menus etc...so I don't think they plan on changing it anytime soon since we both recieved the menus for our respective venues, however with Disney who knows? I wouldn't be to worried I mean they will do anything really. You do not have to follow the menus given to you item by item...they are more like sample menus to give you an idea of what your venue can do from what I understand. In terms of serving from the dinner menu for lunch- sure but they may charge you that dinner price? Not sure on the pricing but like I said you can have anything you want really within reason of course :rotfl:

If you are having a buffet, can you still have a child's plate or buffet seperate from the "adult" buffet. There will be 7 children under 9 at my wedding, and most are very picky eaters. I would rather give them a chicken finger plate than add chicken fingers to the "adult" buffet. Does anyone know if you can do this? Thanks for your help :)

My menus may be a bit old because they were given to me from a friend. We haven't called DFTW yet! I just have them for examples. There actually are no kids' menus on the Epcot one. Some of the other venues had it on the menu. But yes I will be just a few months after yours! Just waiting for the official engagement to call and book. :cloud9: Of course I planned to pay the dinner price. The food/bev minimum is just lower for a lunch reception. I just don't like the lunch menus at all! All of the Epcot menus I have are buffet, not plated. That doesn't really matter to me. I like that there is a beef, chicken, and fish in all the buffet menus, so the guests have choices! I can't wait to call and talk to someone! :Pinkbounc

JJClemson --- I'm looking at 11 under nine, and 15 between 10-17! Unfortunately, some of my teenagers are really, really, really picky! I hope some of them don't even come, but I can't invite some and not the others when I'm inviting whole families.
