Kids meal at TS for 12 yr not on DP

How does this work? My friend wants to go and her dd 12 won't eat adult stuff. She eats only kids stuff but the menus say 3-9. They are paying OOP. How is this handled?

Just tell them he wants to order of the kids menu. They will have no problem with it. My ds15 just did this a couple weeks ago.

My dd12 will want to do this most of the time, too! I hope it will be okay...even though I have paid for her "adult" price on the Dining plan!

Our 12 yo had no trouble ordering off the child's menu last month and we were not on DDP. At TS we just explained he'd gotten braces the week before and was still a little sore. No problem. The waiter at CG was especially nice about it. We tipped as if he'd gotten an adult meal.

You will have NO trouble, they are happy to give you less food for more money!

She will be charged the adult price for family-style meals and buffets but otherwise it shouldn't be a problem.
