Kids in club during Nassau??

Has anyone ever left their children in the kid's club while they went over to gamble for awhile in Nassau?

Yes, the beeper does not work. My son is 8, so I wasn't too worried. They were kind of funny about it.
They said they would sedate if necessary, not to worry! LOL

Me, too except in Freeport. DD hated Nassau and loved the clubs.... we didn't gamble but shopping without her was a good idea! When we got back, feeling guilty because we had been gone several hours, she looked up and said she was staying longer!!!(she was 7)

Yes, my kids 7 and 11 stayed behind while we were in Nassau. They loved it!! i had no worries at all!!

Some people have no problem doing that but personally I would not. Atlantis is pretty far from the ship with no way to get in touch with you-they don't gaurentee that the beep will work off the ship. I would be to worried about being in a car crash etc and my child being on the ship without me not knowing where I am!

We did it just to shop when DD was four - no problem at all! That cruise she was totally into the clubd- this time, at six, she hardly spent any time there, so it definitely depends on the kid and the circumstances - this time we had our new baby with us who didn't do flounder's reef, so everyone just stayed with us or the g-parents that were onboard, too!

well, the way I looked at it was if anything happened to me they would call my emergency number & they would call the ship. My kids were in great hands.
