Got this from the allearsnet.com newsletter!

Starting this Thursday, May 31, table service restaurants around Walt Disney World will begin offering free refills on children's drinks, including juices, milk, bottled water and soda. Note that the free refills will not apply to specialty drinks such as smoothies.
:thumbsup2

Do adults get free refills?

I just read that too but I'm wondering is this a trial or is this permanent????
I too love refills on milk:banana:

Didn't they already get free refills on softdrinks?:confused3 I don't remember ever paying for refills for my kids at any TS restaurant at WDW.:)

We went in 2002 and I don't remember what we got in terms of refills. Hopefully this applies to TS that previously didn't offer the free refills???

I agree that we have always had free refills on soft drinks.

We never paid for refills:confused3 .

Now if they would only offer free refills on beer!:cool1:

Can someone answer my question? I apologize if it makes me sound less than intelligent.
I'm not a child, obviously, but at TS restaurants I always get juice or milk, simply because I don't drink soft drinks, but would the free refill policy apply to me as well? Or is it strictly for the kids?

so i'm wondering if an adult gets a kid-sized drink if free refills would apply then too??? :confused3 i wouldn't see why not!!

We went last last summer (July) and this past April 22-28, not only did WE ALL get free refills but our daughter is under 3 and they never charged us for her drinks at all at any of the TS. We were only charged for glow cubes if we requested them & alcoholic beverages. So I am totally confused bu this "new" policy. Maybe it was a typo & they meant CS?:confused3

yes i was wondering the same thing. we never paid extra for refills. am i confused? did i read wrong?:confused3

every trip we've gone on our ds who drinks soda would get all the soda he wanted, while the other three kiddos who drink milk got one cup a meal. (I would always ask the server not to bring it till their food came)

I thought that really stunk and have complained many times about it! I love that they'll be able to get a healthy drink and get refills!

This makes no sense at all. We always got free refills. What are they trying to say we are getting something, we already got in the first place. .Come on.:rolleyes1

wait, so at TS other than buffets you all got free refills on milk, juice and bottled water??

Just came back. Never had to pay for a refill, never even knew that that wasn't the policy.

Hi

I think free refills were always there for soda...I think the change of policy is on milk or bottled water. That being said, I'm sure on a trip last year my daughter got chocolate milk refills for free. Maybe the addition of all that healthy chocolatey goodness meant it was not longer really milk.....
