For anyone who might be interested, Allegiant Air's website has an advertisement that if you book a package (Air/Hotel) with them, Kids fly free. 
They list the Swan/Dolphin as one of their package hotels. With airfare going through the roof, this might be helpful to anyone looking! You have to book by May 10th, with travel being completed by November 9th.
