Kid's first haircut?

We have been waiting to get our son's hair cut for the first time at Disney next spring. We were wondering if there was a first haircut package on the Wish, which we will be sailing on, and I saw that Hooks Barbery seems to have a first haircut on their services menu, but I can't find anything about it.

Does anyone know what this entails and how much it costs? It's called Sailor's First Haircut.
