Kids craft centers at EPCOT?

Do they still have the kids craft centers at each of the countries at Epcot? If so, is the craft still making the masks on a stick?

Yes and yes. The Kidcot stations are still there, and the mask craft seems to still be the craft of the day. There are some additional things available at some areas -- they often teach origami in Japan, for example -- but the mask is still the main take-away.
