My DS wants to buy his 'girlfriend' a princess costume when we go to Disneyland (he's 4!!! :sad2: ), does anyone know how much these cost? I'm contemplating getting one online at the Disney outlet to save some money, but the shipping isn't cheap!

Most I have seen there run the range of $50-$80 average!! They are quite pricey there but seem to be made much better and of better fabrics than most Princess costumes I see elsewhere!!

Oh my his name isn't Brody is it??? :rotfl: My daughter has a boyfriend and he showers her with gifts. They are in kindergarten!!!:confused3

Yes they are pricey so I would try the outlet. They are nice though but for a gift I would get the less expensive ones.

:scared1: $50 - $80? Wow! I'm definitely going with the $20 Cinderella costume at the Disney outlet, even with shipping, it's waaaayyy cheaper. I'll just pick up a couple of other souvenirs for family/friends and it'll be well worth the shipping!

Seriously, when did kids start being infatuated so young? It's all he talks about, buying himself a captain hook costume and Lily a princess costume, "with a stick that has a star on the end" :rotfl2:. I think he's trying to send me broke :scared:

I know we are having a hard time dealing with it. Especially dh. He is not ready for this. dd received a Thanksgiving day ring with a heart in it and she gets candy at least once a week from him and for Valentine's day a necklace and bracelet set that say love on it with hearts! :scared1:

They had several princess costumes at the Las Vegas outlet when we were there last week. I did not price them but the outlets prices were great. We got $17 park tshirts for $5-7 and autograph books for $1.29-$2.79 (for the large ones with a place for a picture and includes the pen).

Disney store online is offering flat rate $5 shipping right now through March 26th!!!

DizzyAmi, Thank you, thank you, thank you!:yay: I just got a cute cinderella costume from the Disney online outlet for $20 plus only $5 shipping (of course, while I was there I got myself some pj's but for $15 that was a bargain!!). That will certainly save DS some money (he has been saving for a long time for 'vacation' and has almost $200 saved!)

 Glad you got the rate - I was hoping you would find the post before you ordered!!!

Hooray!! I am sure that little girl will be thrilled!! That was so nice of you and DS!
