I just called to book our 2 kids at the Sandcastle Club at the BC. I was able to get them in on short notice. I was worried because our trip is only a few days away, but it was fine. I had to give them a CC # and was told we had up until 24 hours before to cancel and if we didn't show up we would be charged a fee of 2 hours for each child. The hourly rate is $11 per hour per child. Dinner is included.
