We are staying for 3 weeks from 8th December. The last 8 nights at SSR. As the parks will be busier then we probably won't visit as much so trying to find some other activities for my 7 year old son. Do Disney still run their clubs and if so can you attend them even if you are not staying at that resort? Also, do they still run the Pirate Cruise. My son would love that but his dad would be very nervous about him being on a boat without him! I did read something about a kids tour at Animal Kingdom but don't know what it is exactly.
Thanks for help.

Hi!

I'm not sure if they're still open during holidays, I'd assume so, but I know they still do have child care centers at Disney and yes, you can leave your child there even if you're not staying in that resort. The NeverLand Club at the Polynesian is by far the best. IMHO. We stayed at ASMo last year and used the Neverland Club and also the Mouseketeer Club at the GF.

Grand Floridian
Polynesian
Beach Club
Animal Kingdom lodge
Wilderness Lodge

They all have kids clubs...Neverland Club at the polynesian is the
biggest one...My DD5 loves them all

Cost is 11 or 12 bucks an hour...with a 2 hr minimum...This includes
dinner.

If you know when you will want to use them....I would make
a reservation...i have seen people turned away.
