Kid's Clubs and Dinner Seatings...

I'm not sure where to find this info so I'm hoping someone can help me. I heard that you no longer have to wait to board the ship to sign the kids up for the kid's clubs.. You can now sign them up on line.. ?? Is this true?
Also heard (maybe a rumor?) that there might be a change in dinner seatings? Maybe another seating or possibly no assigned seating? Anyone with any info on this?
I appreciate it.. We are sailing on the Magic in November.. We can't wait. This will be our 2nd Magical cruise.. We love it!!

Yes, you can now sign up online for the kids clubs, palo, & the spa. The dining rotation changes are just on the Wonder for now.
