Kid's Clubs and Dinner Seatings

I am not sure where to find the answers to these questions and I'm hoping someone can help..
I heard that there is now a way to book the kid's clubs on line instead of signing them up once on board.. ?? Is this true?
Also heard something (maybe a rumor) that Disney may be offering different seatings for dinner... We are booked for November and have the late seating.. Anyone hear anything about this?

You can book reservations and kid's club on the DCL web site.

There have always been two dinner seatings.

i read somewhere on another thread about dinner times with maybe 30 minutes increments (or maybe it was 15 minutes?)...but didn't read much more regarding it...the discussion on the thread was, "how would they do that, especially at ap, where the timing of your dinner coinside with the light show"...maybe someone can add more info?
