what are the kids selections for Mama Melrose Fantasmic Package? Thanks

I can't tell you what the menu exactly was, but my kids had salad, pizza, pasta with sauce and the ever-popular chicken nuggets. The waiter was VERY accomodating with them, and even my fussy eater was satisfied. they had dessert, too, although I can't remember what (was probably onto my second glass of wine by then!)
