Kids' APs are the same as adult APs, so, yes, they do, at whatever level you purchased the AP for.

Be warned though, some CM (quite frequently actually) will give them a hard time if they do not have a picture ID. Mine have learned to carry their school ID card.

If you use the discount and pay with a debit or credit card, the names on the cards have to match. But if they pay cash you should be fine, unless you're kids have credit cards....
