Hi all,

I looked for some info. on luggage fees and could not figure out if the airlines charge for the real small (kiddie size) roller luggage? I was going to have my son use his with his "must haves" in it, as well as have him use a backpack.(?)

Or maybe I should just use one or the other? Does anyone have any thoughts on this? ds is 6 and we have one flight connection before getting to Orlando.

Thanks!:thumbsup2

If the luggage is small enough to be considered 'carryon' then you can have your ds use that as a carryon. He should be able to have a smallish backpack as well. One thing in the overhead compartment, one thing underneath the seat in front of you.
If you are planning on checking it, then yes, the airline will charge for it if there are any charges to be made.

If you check it, you pay what the airline charges, regardless of how small.

ok thanks! I think i'll have him just use the roller case and store in overhead as a carry on. I plan on packing his stuff in my case to save on checked fees:goodvibes

thanks a bunch:flower3:
