Is there a place to refill your mugs at Kidani village? Yes, down stair in the lobby there is small gift shop which also has a refillable mug station in it.

Is there a pool bar for snacks? Yes.

Is there a counter service in Kidani? No, counter service. Although Jambo house has the Mara and it is not that far away. You can walk there or take the bus to Jambo house. There is only a table service restaurant at Kidani.

There is no counter service at Kidani, you need to walk over to Mara at Jambo House. You can refill your mug at the Marketplace, there is a pool bar but I do not know what food is available.

You can also refill mugs at pool bar area .When we stayed at Kidani, we were way near the end away from Jambo. It was quicker for us to fill our mugs at the pool bar.

We just stayed at AKL just before Christmas and there was a handy shuttle van between Jambo House and Kidani Village. Very convenient.

Yes, you can refill your mugs at the pool station as well as the station inside the little gift store in the main lobby at Kidani.

How's this for great service... While we were at Kidani Village the soda machine was being serviced (not like all day but when we happened to get there in the morning). My DD8 had her mug in hand and was not real happy to see it being out of order. The CM at the counter got someone to run and get her a 20 ounce bottle.

Yes you can get your mug refilled at the gift shop but when we were there this summer there were only very limited choices. I don't remember what they were now but be aware they may not have your drink.

I think there are only 5 or 6 choices...the basics. Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, Fanta & Powerade.
