We are booked at Animal Kingdom Kidani village in January. We just received a letter today saying the pool slide will be closed starting Jan 9 and is expected to reopen in early February. Sorry, no exact date.
It goes on to say that if you want to ride a slide you can go to the Uzima Springs pool at Jambo House.
Kind of a bummer because I have read very nice things about it and the kids would love it. I must admit, if it is warm enough to go swimming in Jan, I'll be one happy camper regardless of the slide.
