Kidani Savannah Views...

Can any of my fellow DVCers share their savannah view pictures?

I think we are finally going to book a savannah view at Kidani rather than our usual standard view! I'd love to see what it looks like! I'm hoping to see some giraffe!

I don't have my pictures downloaded yet, so I can't help you with that. But I want to recommend that you request the Sunset Savanna since that's the only savanna at Kidani that has giraffes. I would also suggest you request 2nd floor (eye level with giraffes) and close to the lobby. Great views!!! You will love it!!!

I have some photos. I went in May of this year. Stayed in studio savannah view room 7908. In august I stayed in a 2br room 7810. Great views. first bead. near elevator.

Here's some photos from our trip in January. I don't know which savannah this is - someone could help me out with that - we were to the right of the lobby when facing the Kidani entrance (near Community Hall and the laundry).

I love these guys because they remind me of the 3 Beatles/vultures from the Jungle Book movie.

With my experience if you want a savanah view room get one to the left of the lobby (if you are facing towards the savanah). we stayed on the other side and really only had ostriches come near us and maybe the giraffes once out of the whole 8 days.

The giraffes tended to stay by jambo house.

We saw Giraffe's every day when we were at Kidani......11/30 - 12/5.

My room was on the right of the lobby and we saw lots of animals the whole time last January. Mainly giraffes.
