Ii am looking at booking a 1 bedroom at either Bay Lake or Kidani Savannah ---we have a 4 adults one with a ECV and DD3. Which would you choose and why. The last several times we have gone were at the values.
Thanks

In your case, I'd pick Bay Lake for access to the monorail. The ECV is the deciding factor if you are planning to use Disney transporation. You could get to both the MK and Epcot using the monorail from BLT. You'd only need to use buses to get to HS and AK. If you stayed at AKV, you'd have to use buses to get to all 4 parks.

My mom uses a wheel chair. We generally drive a rental car to all of the parks rather than deal with the Disney buses.

Another plus for BLT is the DD3. If you're planning on spending more time at MK than other parks with her, then access to MK from BLT is much better than from AKV.

As for the resorts themselves, I LOVE (and own) at AKV. The savanna rooms can't be beat for their view of the animals. If travel with the ECV isn't an issue, then I'd pick AKV over BLT.

I totally agree with Inkmahm!

I am thinking we are going to do a split stay. 2 nights at BLT and 4 nights at AKV with the savannah view. We have gone before and most of the time we have had no problems with the ECV and buses. We are not park hoppers so we are planning on doing each of the parks for a full day.
Thanks for everyones input.
