Kidani Room Requests

two weeks from today we check into Kidani. I have reservations for 4 rooms. Should I call today to request the rooms be as close as possible, or wait a little longer? I specified it when I made the reservation, but we are an extended family traveling together and would really like to be near each other as much as we can.

Make sure MS shows that the 4 are marked as "traveling together". With any luck you may end up in the same wing, I wouldn't expect to be real close to each other.

I would check back with Member Services and make sure that it is noted. I would also make that my only request.

You should do what others noted but also don't be afraid to ask upon checkin if they can get them closer. We have done that twice before with great results. Enjoy your vacation!

We were planning on doing online check-in. Can you still request for them to be closer together if you've checked in on-line before arriving?
