Kidani- is there a request of sunset savanna near pool?

We are coming down in 15 days we are book 6 nights at kidani in a savanna studio I would ideally like to be on a lower floor in the sunset savanna near the pool and bus stop. Is this possible? And what should the wording of my request be? Our flight arrives at 9:35 am so I am hoping the early bird catches the worm!

Ask for the Rafiki section. It is very close to the pool and on the Sunset Savanna.

To be sure, Pool and Bus stop are on opposite sides of the main lobby.

Yes, Rafiki is the first section (to the left) from the lobby. It is on the opposite side from the bus stop and Saana. We generally have a car when we stay at Kidiani and the parking/access to the rooms couldn't be easier.
