Kidani.....how I would love to hate you!!

So sorry for your bad experiences. I think we had pixie dust with us from the start. We have a beautiful, clean, spacious 1 br in Kidani. The giraffes were just here. We usually have cattle and ostriches. There have been zebra here too. We stayed in Jambo house a while back and we were kind of disappointed because the 1br was small. We even kind of wished we hadn't bought AKV points. But let me tell you - we are happy campers here in Kidani!

I am going to echo this statement. We were in a 2bdrm savanna view room 7624 this past week and we had the same animals. It was perfect for us.

Sorry that you didn't have a good time. The only thing that I do have to say is that often times we would only see the cattle, but every day we would see the giraffes and zebra. We did see an ostrich outside once. If you decide to stay at Kidani again, give it a chance before you decide to move, you may be pleasantly suprised as to which animals show up.

Sorry to hear about your issues. I requested top floor and got it at Kidani last week. We had a 1 bedroom - standard view, and we loved it. The only issue we had was hearing the power washing going on about 6 am on Sunday (18th). Other than that - it was fantastic, great staff, beautiful resort - I would stay again in heartbeat.

My DH and I are here reading your post and I have to tell you first sorry for all of your bad experiences. We own at AKL and have only stayed at Jambo. You had me crying with laughter at your jumbo jet flying from under your bed. I could only imagine. It is so nice to hear that they moved you to a better room and view as well as made things right with your points.
