If you request a specific villa number and it is not available, MS won't have any idea of what you really want. Just say upper/lower floor, close to elevator, etc.

We were on the fourth floor and we think we would have had a better view if we were on a lower level. We could basically see what was directly below us where if we were lower we could have seen out into the savannh better. We were obstructed by the tops of the trees.

I've put in a request for 3rd floor, near the lobby for Sept. Won't know until then how it works out.
